Lodge Leipzig is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lifestyle and Wellbeing Officer to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a varied lifestyle and wellbeing program that caters to the individual needs of consumers, in accordance with industry standards and organisational policies.
  • Collaborate with the Lifestyle and Wellbeing Team Leader and other stakeholders to assess and evaluate resident needs and program goals.
  • Provide opportunities for consumers to participate in activities that promote personal fulfilment and enhance their decision-making skills.
  • Work effectively as an individual and as part of a team to deliver person-centred care that respects the dignity and worth of each individual.

About You:

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or working towards.
  • Proven ability to deliver person-centred care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual.
  • Able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
  • National Police Check (Lodge Leipzig will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes).
