Regional Sales Director for Asia Pacific Markets

Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd, a leading innovator in the earth-moving business, is seeking an experienced Director of International Sales to lead our regional sales strategy and drive growth in SE Asia and Australasia markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth in the Mining or Construction industry, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Industry sales. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive international sales strategy to expand market presence and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in key regional markets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will be able to travel both locally and internationally as needed and have excellent negotiation and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

This role is located on the East Coast of Australia, specifically in Sydney, NSW, Brisbane, QLD, or Melbourne VIC. The Hensley team is highly collaborative and diverse, allowing for an open work environment where you'll work closely with key members of the sales, marketing, & engineering teams.

We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including a bonus structure, health insurance, and retirement savings plan.
