Project Manager: Vantagepoint Implementation Specialist">

Alluvionic seeks an experienced professional to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Vantagepoint, a comprehensive enterprise resource planning system. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for consulting with clients on the implementation of Vantagepoint, bringing your knowledge of the system and project management expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Lead and manage the implementation project from planning to deployment and stabilization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Alluvionic stakeholders, Deltek, and third-party vendors.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to ensure system configuration aligns with business needs.

This is a 99% remote opportunity with possible trips to client or company sites. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience leading Deltek Vantagepoint (or similar ERP) implementations.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in ERP/financial systems.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent certification).
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with external vendors.
