We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations and Platform Engineering leader to drive innovation and growth in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead technical operations across Azure, SQL Server, and supporting infrastructure.">
  • Manage uptime, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.">
  • Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerised deployments.">
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and support after-hours resolution and release activities.">
  • Administer SQL databases, manage security, implement encryption and compliance best practices, and support high availability configurations.">
  • Mentor technical staff, support DevOps maturity, and ensure operational excellence across the stack.">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • 10+ years of experience in senior IT roles with a focus on operations and platform engineering.">
  • Proven expertise across Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, enterprise networking, and cloud security.">
  • Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash).">
  • Proven success in CI/CD pipeline engineering and infrastructure as code (Terraform or ARM).">
  • Experience in 24x7 SaaS support environments and ISO/IEC 27001-compliant operations.">
  • Strong communication and incident leadership skills with a customer-centric mindset.">

Desirable Skills:

  • ">
  • Experience in HR/Payroll SaaS platforms.">
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Prometheus, Grafana, and SQL Profiler.">
  • Azure SQL Managed Instance.">
  • ITIL knowledge and Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator or Database Admin Associate).">
  • SSIS/SSRS and data integration experience.">
