We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Parts Salesperson/ Interpreter to join our team at Penfold Motor Group. As a key member of our Parts team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to assist with Parts and Accessories enquiries
  • Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
  • Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source parts
  • Processing quotes and orders for customers through the DMS system (AutoIT)
  • Working as part of a team to provide and maintain a high-level standard of customer service

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability
  • Ability to learn quickly and get the job done
  • Great reliability and honesty with good attendance record
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to operate under pressure and flexibility adapt as circumstances change
  • High level of attention to detail and quality
  • Genuine interest in Automotive industry
  • Experience in the following Franchises is highly regarded but not essential: Audi, Hyundai, Isuzu Ute, Mazda, Suzuki, Volkswagen
