Manufacturing Production Operative

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Operative to join our team at our Benalla manufacturing plant. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic production environment where you will work closely with our experienced team members to deliver high-quality products.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, with a strong focus on quality control and safety procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong understanding of industrial processes and procedures;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Numeracy skills and ability to perform checks;
- Ability to problem solve and work independently;
- A positive attitude and commitment to safety protocols.
This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive hourly rate. Benefits include overtime pay, penalty rates, and weekly bonuses. A forklift license is required for this role.
