Main Responsibilities:- Champion and embed our mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
- Develop performance objectives that align with the regional operational plan.
- Recommend initiatives to improve operations and meet strategic targets.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external operational relationships.
- Manage site operations within defined operational cost targets.
- Maintain production efficiency, stock control, and quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions when performance varies beyond expectations.
- Oversee chip production, storage, and transport to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor the value chain to ensure alignment with supplier capabilities and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR) obligations and contractor performance.
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong operational, financial, and people management skills.
- Knowledge of safety management systems, compliance, and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
