At DSV, we are looking for a skilled Business Transformation Expert to join our team in Melbourne. This role is responsible for investigating, analyzing and implementing changes to business processes in accordance with global standards.

The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge and experience in similar roles, as well as advanced Excel skills and strong finance acumen. They will also be familiar with CargoWise One.

In this role, you will collect, investigate and analyze data to provide evidence for how and why findings will be an effective and efficient solution to the required business area. You will lead and execute projects and business changes to assigned deadlines/timeframes and ensure process alignment with Global Business Process Operating groups and Change Management Groups.

You will create, interpret, implement and review quality assurance standards into the business operations to ensure business improvement customer satisfaction. You will also carry out auditing as required for ISO, business process, quality, and any assigned projects. Overseeing and reporting quality assurance findings using the Vault platform will be another key responsibility.

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for quality assurance programs, troubleshooting, and projects will be necessary. Supporting Senior Manager, Business Change & Quality through related administrative duties and ad hoc projects/tasks will also be part of your responsibilities.

Developing and providing accurate reports for senior management on a routine basis will be required. Using teams/webcasts to lead training, presentations and conference calls with relevant stakeholders will also be a task. Updating and maintaining DSV Central content (including but not limited to pages, policies, procedures, forms etc) will be another responsibility.
