About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Office Analyst to support the delivery of our portfolio and contribute to the maturity of project, program, and portfolio management at Energy Safe Victoria.

The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications, with significant experience operating in a similar role and a strong understanding of project planning, benefits, budgeting, scheduling, risks, and issues management.

Key responsibilities will include supporting the PMO Manager in establishing portfolio and project management frameworks, artefacts, processes, and systems, as well as preparing data and reports for project managers, the PMO team, and project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and conceptual skillset, with the ability to recognise emerging issues and prepare required PMO documents, registers, processes, and guides.

They will also have exposure to different delivery methodologies, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all levels of the organisation.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be comfortable working with ambiguity, have a demonstrated ability to problem solve, display flexibility and pragmatism, and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including experience in the use of Azure DevOps.
