We are seeking a proactive Human Resources professional to join our underground operations. As a key player in the People & Culture Team, you will demonstrate behaviours aligned to our core values of Safety, Excellence, Accountability and Respect.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you must be an enthusiastic people and culture professional who demonstrates a 'people first' mindset, strives for excellence, has strong attention to detail, takes accountability for your work and understands what's needed to progress maturity, psychosocial safety, and employee wellbeing in the mining industry.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR generalist or Business Partner role
- Qualifications in Human Resources (or a relevant related discipline)
- Strong employee relations knowledge and experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing performance
- Ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and initiate improvement activities
- Ability to partner effectively with People Leaders, advising and influencing to obtain a positive outcome
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across the business
