Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT System Administrator to join our team at Easygo. The successful candidate will have experience in administering IT systems, SaaS applications, and public cloud environments.

About the Job

As an IT System Administrator at Easygo, you will be responsible for managing SaaS applications, performing scripting and automation tasks, installing and maintaining physical and virtual servers, coordinating with the Security Team, providing level-3 technical support, managing backup and recovery solutions, maintaining documentation, and assisting in various IT projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SaaS applications, including provisioning and de-provisioning, security and compliance, configuration and customization, maintenance and updates, support and troubleshooting, backup and recovery, vendor management, user training and documentation, reporting and analytics.
  • Perform ad-hoc coding and integrating with APIs to improve system interactions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring security and optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with the Security Team to implement security measures, ensure data protection, and comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide level-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Manage data backup solutions, ensuring regular backups and data recovery in case of failure.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of the IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in various IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementation.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in IT Support, Systems Administrator role, with proven skills in administering IT systems, SaaS applications, and public cloud environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Certifications in IT or Cloud, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cloudflare, Google Workspace, or Google Cloud (GCP), will be looked upon favorably.
  • Prior experience in iGaming or Casino sector, with understanding of typical IT, platform, application, and cybersecurity challenges.
