Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as a Facilities Operations Centre (FOC) Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the data centre's physical infrastructure and ensuring that all systems are functioning correctly.

As a FOC Engineer, you will work closely with other teams to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, and contribute to the development of communication and escalation protocols designed to improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the data centre's physical infrastructure
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Contribute to the development of communication and escalation protocols

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of Electrical or Mechanical Experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with Building and/or Electrical Platform Management Systems
  • 2+ Years' Experience in Data Centre Engineering/ Operations
