Technical Support Expertise

The Lead Technician Field Engineer will provide technical support to internal employees via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer desktop support, server support, hardware and software installation, and troubleshooting services.

  • Experience with O365 is essential. Software and hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's are required.

  • Active Directory management and operating system support for Windows 10 & 7, Linux, and other operating systems.

  • Prior experience in hardware break and fix, installation, desk-side software support, and service desk support.

  • Support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.

  • Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals) and complex software installation and troubleshooting.

  • Network triaging, fault diagnostic, root cause analysis.

You Will Be Successful In This Role If You Have:

  • NV2 Security Clearance preferred. Minimum NV1 security clearance must be held for this role.

  • Proven experience in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.

  • Experience with supporting corporate Windows and Linux environments.

  • Experience with supporting physical and virtual environments (Desktop and Servers).

  • Active Directory management and operating system support.

  • Office 365, Outlook, exchange, and other critical business application support.
