We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Chief Engineer to lead our future programs, driving innovation and excellence in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead the planning, management, execution, and implementation of future engineering programs;">
  • Work closely with other Heads of Department and Senior Engineers in the management and development of strategic planning;">
  • Provide leadership, oversight, and direct support across all facets of engineering, ensuring a profound understanding of new and relevant technologies for the purposes of future successful launch vehicles;">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A Master's degree in an engineering discipline;">
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience as a Senior Engineer, preferably in the aerospace industry;">
  • Demonstrated project/task management, execution, analysis, and product development capabilities;">
  • Experience building and leading engineering teams with excellent troubleshooting capabilities;">
  • Strong Leadership skills with a minimum of 5+ years in similar roles within the aerospace or related industries;">
  • Experience in space systems engineering, risk assessment, cost modeling and analysis; and">
  • Advanced knowledge of engineering analysis tools and CAD systems.">
