About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team at Lendi Group. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their home loan options, helping them to achieve their property dreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiries to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Assist leads provided by Lendi Group to build a successful mortgage broking business
  • Connect with the community to build a strong pipeline and referral network
  • Provide lending advice to customers and guide them through the home loan application process
Requirements
  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required; if you don't have it, we will provide instruction on how to obtain it
  • Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided
  • A background in sales or customer service will help you achieve success in this role
  • A strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business
  • An ability to provide exceptional customer experiences and a desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams
