Job Description

We're seeking individuals with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in developing business applications using Appian.

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of Appian based applications.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Expertise in Appian custom development, including Java programming.
  • Familiarity with a range of automation and low-code platforms.
  • Leadership skills to guide junior staff and contribute to team success.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Solve complex technical problems using Appian and other supporting platforms.
  • Bring in-depth application development expertise in Appian BPM and experience using Appian connectors and web services.
  • Conduct research, development, and implementation of new tools to enhance application development efficiency.

A strong understanding of:

  • Design and development in Appian.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional requirements include:

  • Superior customer-facing skills.
  • Coaching others on technical best practices.
  • Supporting/leading pre-sales, scoping, and client presentations.
