Job Title: Criminal Law Litigation Support Specialist

In this newly created position, you will have the opportunity to assist with matters in various courts including Magistrates Court, County Court, Supreme Court, Children's Court and Coroner's Court.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management
  • Preparing correspondence and briefs to counsel
  • Liaising with Courts and Barristers
  • Billing
  • Client triaging
  • Court clerking

Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills are essential for success in this role. A flexible and positive attitude, along with a proactive approach to work, will also be beneficial. This position is not suited to law students or graduates.

For your application to be considered, please ensure that you have at least 2-3 years of Litigation Legal Secretary experience, with Criminal Law experience highly regarded.
