About the Role

Prouds Jewellers is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team during the holiday season. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer personal and professional service to customers, assisting them in finding the perfect jewellery or watch to suit their style and budget.

  • Complete in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a thorough understanding of our policies and procedures.

  • Perform operational tasks, including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, and general housekeeping.

What We Offer

  • Adults earn a base weekday hourly rate (including casual loading) of $32.18 plus applicable penalties for weekends and late nights.

Requirements

  • Ability to provide genuine customer service experiences.

  • Results-oriented and a love for selling.

  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Good attention to detail and ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are refreshed.

  • Ability to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.
