About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Consultant to join our Retail Banking team in Raymond Terrace, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with a seamless banking experience by meeting their end-to-end financial needs and goals.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer focus and retail experience.
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology, with working knowledge in using different digital channels.
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
