Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing, midwifery, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive superior patient outcomes and improve the overall quality of care.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes excellence in patient care and supports the growth and development of team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to bridge gaps between practice and policy, and ensure that our services are aligned with the needs of our patients and the community.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and maintain a culture of safety and quality within our organization.
Requirements
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Current practicing certificate.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
