We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Conference & Events Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This exciting opportunity involves playing a pivotal part in securing and coordinating business across all three hotels, with a strong focus on conferences and events.

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality and delivering memorable client experiences. Previous experience in a similar sales or event coordination role is highly regarded, as is a drive to exceed targets with a results-oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities include actively quoting and securing small – medium sized conference, events business and restaurant bookings, collaborating with internal teams to optimise revenue across all areas of the business, and ensuring timely and accurate communication and planning for all events.

The Conference & Events Sales Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and processing detailed event documentation and function orders, conducting post-event follow-ups to ensure client feedback and retention, and handling general enquiries via email and phone.

Maintaining accurate records and managing event diaries is also essential, as well as conducting site inspections for potential clients and collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and revenue growth.

  • Event management experience within a hotel or venue is desired
  • Previous experience with Opera - Property Management System and iVvy Event Management system is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to network and develop relationships
