Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Pump Specialist to join our team in Australia.

About the Role:

  • As a Pump Specialist, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of pumps, including fault finding, stripping and surveying equipment, and carrying out pressure testing.
  • You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and that all safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ fault finding methodology for pumps repair.
  • Stripping and survey pumping equipment noting parts identification, configuration and condition in accordance with QA procedures.
  • Carrying out pressure testing of pumps to ensure functioning correctly.
  • Rebuild pumping equipment in accordance with applicable pump standards.
  • Support and encourage personnel development through organized training regimes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in engineered pumps.
  • Experience in steam and gas and turbine.
  • Work experience or expressed interest in rotating equipment.
  • Dedication to working in a safe manner always.
  • Trade Certificate III Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
