We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive business growth through strategic decision-making and innovative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and model current and future business processes to identify areas for improvement, developing solutions to enhance data-related requirements and user pathways.
- Develop process maps and data models to provide a clear representation of business operations, enabling informed decision-making and strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to anticipate risks, identify innovative solutions and think strategically to overcome challenges.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on business process improvements and technology solutions.
- Proven experience in business analysis with a strong understanding of business processes, data management and technical systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills to think critically and strategically, and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
