We are seeking a high-performing, motivated, and experienced finance professional to support our executive reporting teams. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive financial advice and insights across the Bank, providing strategic guidance to strengthen enterprise and departmental performance.

About the Role:

  • Act as the key link between Finance and executive governance committees, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide financial and strategic advice to executive stakeholders on finance-related policies, initiatives, and best practices, ensuring alignment with the Bank's core finance systems and standards.
  • Direct and oversee key financial outputs, including annual budgets, monthly reporting, and forecasting.
  • Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, organizing financial workshops to enhance financial management capabilities within the organization when required.
  • Lead the promotion of finance initiatives, driving the adoption of related changes and activities to enhance financial performance.
  • Represent Finance in meetings and committees, ensuring finance perspectives are considered in decision-making.

Your Background:

Experience with enterprise consolidation, executive reporting, strong business writing, and working with senior stakeholders are critical factors to success.
