Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Vintage Cellars is Australia's fine wine specialist, and we're passionate about sharing our knowledge with customers. We've been doing this since 1951.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone who knows their stuff when it comes to wine, beer, and spirits. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be working with customers, answering their questions, and providing great service.

As part of Coles Group, we've been Australia's fine wine specialist since 1951. We're passionate storytellers who love sharing our knowledge with customers. We're growing every day, so it's an exciting time to join us.

About You and Your Skills:

  • You have a commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • You know your stuff, and you enjoy engaging with customers. You'll be a go-to person for customer queries.
  • You have a positive personality and a passion for the liquor industry.
  • You can work on your feet for long periods and can carry out moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg and reaching of stock.
  • You hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.

Please note that an accredited RSA certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
