Senior Healthcare Leadership Position
">We are seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare Leader to oversee our care team and provide exceptional patient care.
">About the Role:
">- Lead and direct a multidisciplinary care team within a specific unit, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, addressing their unique medical, physical, and emotional needs.
- Oversee the administration of medications for residents, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules and protocols.
Requirements:
">- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Aged Care leadership or equivalent role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards and ANNAC regulations.
- Expertise in medication administration and wound care with a commitment to ongoing clinical excellence.
