About the Role:

As a Waste Sorter with Labourpower Recruitment Services, you will be responsible for sorting through recycling waste in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to lift between 5kg - 25kgs repetitively, and comfortable working in hot, wet, and dusty conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort through recycling waste, including paper, plastics, and aluminium
Work in a team environment to meet production targets
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Be available to work a flexible roster, including occasional overtime and weekend work

Requirements:

Must be physically fit and able to lift between 5kg - 25kg repetitively
Must be able to work in hot, wet, and dusty conditions
Must be able to sort through recycling waste
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to do overtime
Must have reliable transport (limited public transport to site)
