
Chief Financial Planner

The Chief Financial Planner will be a pivotal member of the finance leadership team, driving enhanced financial planning, budgeting, and insights delivery across the business.
About the Role:- Delivery of comprehensive budget processes for each business unit and functional areas, including Board reports
- Responsible for providing accurate and timely monthly financial results and analysis to senior executives
- Delivery of Finance Board Reports and other Executive papers
- Oversee and refine the monthly reforecast process to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Provide contemporary finance business partnering to Executives, focusing on initiatives to improve cost control and operational efficiency
- Interpret business performance on a monthly basis, and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team with a focus on continual process improvement, including uplifting the quality of Board and Executive reporting
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with experience in a similar role within a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm
- Classically trained with subsequent experience in industry, preferably in a listed organization
- Multi-site and/or ASX listed organization experience is advantageous, as is prior exposure to the aged care sector
- You bring a high level of drive, motivation, resilience, and initiative
