Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled retail professional to work in a dynamic, community-focused store environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a hands-on role connecting directly with customers, supporting local agriculture, and ensuring smooth, friendly service from warehouse to farm gate.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong safety mindset, and reliable driving history. They will also possess previous experience in a similar role, proficiency in computer skills, and great time management and clear communication.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Delivering products safely and reliably to local farms and businesses.
  • Navigating rural routes and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries.
  • Assisting in all areas of rural retailing, including sales, merchandising, warehousing, and in-store operations.
  • Providing friendly, solution-based customer service at the counter, on the road, and in the yard.
  • Helping our customers get what they need when they need it.
