We are looking for a visionary leader who can lead Customer Technology and design world-leading tech experiences for insurance customers, making them safer.

As Executive Manager, Digital Engineering, you will provide strategic support to the leadership team and create market differentiation through resilient and innovative technology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic support to the leadership team
  • Creating market differentiation through resilient and innovative technology
  • Contribute to performance with insights, collaborative input and expertise
  • Support planning and execution of strategic priorities
  • Establish tools, standards and frameworks for engineers
  • Research and propose new technologies to improve delivery speed
  • Build a product mindset for the digital platform
  • Develop digital platform roadmaps

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Background in cloud engineering, software development and agile software delivery
  • Led adoption of cloud-native architecture in engineering teams
  • Operational experience with serverless framework, MFEs and microservices
  • Built standardised CICD pipelines and integrated best practice developer tooling
  • Defined engineering standards and practices
  • Fostered a customer-centric environment
  • Demonstrated ability to define strategies and initiatives
  • Developed leadership skills with a proven ability to role model values and behaviours
