**Job Overview:**

This permanent position involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks, as well as maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including equipment and facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role (barista or customer service)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and techniques
