Exceptional Service Host - Events

We are seeking dedicated professionals to deliver outstanding food and beverage service during events and functions.

About the Role
  • Provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service during banquet events, maintaining high standards of presentation and temperature control.
  • Deliver meals efficiently, adhering to presentation and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas, following safe food handling practices.
  • Operate within liquor licensing and RSA guidelines.
  • Respond professionally to guest requests and proactively address their needs.
  • Support a safe work environment by following OH&S policies and reporting hazards promptly.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and service standards, upholding our organization's values and vision.
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality or banquet service is highly regarded.
  • Current RSA certification is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating flexibility across various shifts.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences are crucial for success in this role.
