- Competence in resource planning aligned with potential sales scenarios, forecasts, and fulfillment flow allocation.
- The passion to lead with integrity and authenticity, championing IKEA's values and encouraging your team to embody these principles in their daily work.
- The ability to coordinate, liaise and communicate with stakeholders effectively while driving the end-to-end functions within fulfillment operations.
