Requirements

  • Previous experience demonstrating strong leadership skills and the initiative to coach diverse teams.
  • An extensive understanding of end-to-end supply chains alongside supply chain methods, policies, and requirements.
  • Thorough understanding of all relevant standard operating procedures for customer fulfillment, prioritising the safety of co-workers and customers.
  • Competence in resource planning aligned with potential sales scenarios, forecasts, and fulfillment flow allocation.
  • The passion to lead with integrity and authenticity, championing IKEA's values and encouraging your team to embody these principles in their daily work.
  • The ability to coordinate, liaise and communicate with stakeholders effectively while driving the end-to-end functions within fulfillment operations.
