As a Store Manager at Witchery, you will be responsible for driving the store's financial performance and customer experience. This role requires a strong focus on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience, while also building a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profit, and productivity, ensuring the achievement of all targets as set by the business.
  • Lead a team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard, and that stock levels are managed effectively to meet customer demand.
  • Embody the Witchery values of Customer Obsessed, Collaborative, Inspirational, Responsible, and Dedicated to Quality, and lead the team to do the same.

Attributes you possess:

  • A passion for the retail industry, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
  • Proven experience in managing a retail store, with a track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and make data-driven decisions to drive business performance.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team, with a focus on building skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operational excellence, with a strong understanding of stock control, visual merchandising, and store operations.
