About the Project

Our collaboration focuses on delivering the Tunnel and Station Package for Brisbane's Cross River Rail, a 10.2-kilometre rail corridor that includes extensive tunneling and the construction of four new underground stations. This ambitious project is set to revolutionize public transport in the region.

Your Role as Interface Manager

The Interface Manager will be an integral part of the Testing & Commissioning team, reporting directly to the General Manager of Engineering. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee critical project interfaces effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the coordination and management of essential project interfaces.
  • Maintain and update interface documentation throughout its lifecycle.
  • Establish a systematic approach for coordinating interface activities among various parties.
  • Define actions for each team involved in interfaces, ensuring accountability and tracking of action completion.
  • Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts among external stakeholders, escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
  • Promote clear communication among project team members and coordinate information dissemination to external stakeholders regarding interface requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Interface Management for railway systems or large-scale infrastructure projects, with a solid understanding of Systems Assurance and System Engineering principles.
  • Strong documentation skills for technical solutions.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated approach to work.
