Parramatta Customer Service Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our call centre team located in Parramatta.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences over the phone.
- Responsible for inbound and outbound aftersales customer communications across various brands and stores.
- Support the aftersales teams by providing optimal customer service in a proactive and informative manner in support of business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Experience in a similar position (call centre, customer service, sales etc..)
- A confident phone manner with the ability to convert inbound and outbound calls to appointments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to set standards and instructions in entering customer information and booking details.
