Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the effective delivery and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Solution Design: Develop and document detailed technical solutions and architecture for Dynamics 365 projects, with a focus on integration with healthcare systems and compliance with industry standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules in line with project specifications, including entity design, workflow automation, and system integration.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver presentations on solutions and progress. Address and resolve technical issues and queries effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of technical deliverables through rigorous testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure that all solutions comply with relevant healthcare regulations, data security standards, and best practices.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365, including a minimum of 2 years in a technical lead or senior role. Experience with healthcare projects is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and integration. Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. Experience with Azure services and Power Platform is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Developer, Dynamics 365 Solution Architect) are preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
