About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Sheridan Castle Towers store over the Christmas period.

This is a casual role that requires the ability to work weekends, a couple of weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods.

The role of a Christmas Casual:

  • Greet customers with a smile and assist them in locating items
  • Ensure the store looks fantastic by replenishing stock and maintaining a clean environment
  • Create a magical shopping experience during the Christmas season
  • No prior experience is necessary, as induction and training will be provided to set you up for success

Key Skills:

  • You enjoy interacting with people and have the confidence to engage in conversations with customers
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities at once
  • You are able to manage your time effectively and work in a busy environment with confidence
  • You are adaptable and proactive, with the ability to show initiative, problem-solve, and ask questions when needed
