**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Mine Surveyor to join our team. As an Mine Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and safety of our mine surveying operations.

You will be responsible for overseeing the survey marks out of drill and blast rings, mine heading development, exploration drilling and raise bore drilling. You will also be responsible for survey control for all related mining activities.

Additionally, you will assist with survey plans including survey instructions (horizontal and vertical development), end of month surveys, dig permits and emergency response plans. You will also survey of end of month development and ore stockpiles, stope surveys, heading development, geological mapping and surface works when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Survey marks out of drill and blast rings, mine heading development, exploration drilling and raise bore drilling.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to have an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, along with 1-2 years of practical experience, preferably in a fast-paced underground mining environment.

Desirable skills include proficiency with Deswik software packages, strong personal organizational abilities, and forward-planning capabilities.
