Individuals seeking flexible work arrangements will find this role an attractive option for pursuing a career in disability support.

This position involves providing assistance to individuals with disabilities, elderly individuals, and their families. Support tasks may include personal care, mental health support, community access, domestic duties, transportation, continence management, and hoists and transfers.

We provide opportunities for independent work without supervision, allowing you to set your own hourly rates. Insurance coverage, easy invoicing, and app-based scheduling management are also available.

Ongoing team support is provided to ensure your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Accompany clients on outings and appointments
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Administer medication as required

Job Types: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Schedule: Afternoon shift, Evening shift, Night shift

Supplemental pay types: Penalty rates

Work Location: In person
