About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our VF Team in VIC, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. Your primary responsibility will be delivering sales of relevant brands to assigned Wholesale Customers/Accounts.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Selling future ranges and executing brand strategies, product stories, and key commercial objectives for each season to accounts.
  • Continuously managing the order book and selling available free stock to drive positive stock management and achieve sales outcomes for the wholesale business.
  • Consistently monitoring and reporting on sell-through of all wholesale accounts.
  • Ensuring an efficient process for sales, finance, marketing, operations, and customer experience is achieved.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with key personnel at all accounts through various channels, including Buying/Showroom visits, in-store visits, website views, phone calls, video calls, emails, and texts as required.
  • Supporting the negotiation, completion, and delivery of Accent Trading Terms and the wholesale business's Key Commercial objectives.
  • Remaining up-to-date with the brand being sold and the customer being serviced, as well as staying informed about the overall marketplace.
  • Managing costs of doing business, with Account Managers being diligent about all costs and acting within budget and expectations for travel, samples, marketing, entertainment, to ensure profitability for the brand and wholesale business.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience - 3 Years Plus of Sales/Account Management.
  • Understanding of retail, apparel, and footwear products, supported by sufficient business skills.
  • University degree in business with a sales focus (preferable).
  • Industry exposure in Sales, Retail, Sports, Apparel, and Account Management.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $80,000-$110,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
