As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding patient care, maximizing revenue goals, and ensuring compliance with inventory, security, and system protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Grow and lead a team of pharmacists and assistants, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- System Development: Build and implement efficient systems and processes for the dispensary, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with prescribing doctors to optimize patient outcomes, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Stock Management: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications, maintaining accurate customer records, and adhering to pharmacy guidelines.
- Customer Education: Educate and consult with patients on medicinal cannabis, providing personalized guidance and support.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with inventory, security, and system protocols, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy and APHRA registration to practice as a Pharmacist in Australia.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy manager in a fast-paced environment, with experience receiving, processing orders, and dispensing S4/S8 medications.
- Skills: Proficiency with Z Software and ability to be trained on new pharmacy-related software to improve efficiencies.
