**Incident Management Role**

We are a technology and business solutions provider that drives transformation across organizations and the world. Our continuous innovation and expertise contribute to societal growth and customer success.

This is a key role where you will be responsible for managing end-to-end all High Priority Incidents (HPI). Your goal is to restore service as quickly as possible within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 24/7 HPI incident management services.
  • Communicating details of HPI incidents and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Elevating issues to management as required.
  • Adhering to customer contract requirements regarding SLAs and notifications.
  • Identifying potential problems and elevating to Problem Management.
  • Producing incident reports for customers.
  • Documenting recommendations from incident reports.
  • Reporting on progress to Service Delivery managers.
  • Ensuring work logs are updated with HPI incident progress.

You will collaborate with various teams, including the Service Desk, Support Groups, and Service Delivery Managers to ensure processes meet customer requirements.
