The Database Support Officer plays a pivotal role in facilitating data collection and entry, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our marine debris database.

• Support project delivery by entering and vetting data with attention to detail and expertise
• Maintain data system files, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency

This is a casual opportunity for approximately 8 hours per week, allowing you to work from home and maintain flexibility. Key responsibilities include:

1. Data entry and management of assigned tasks
2. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data through thorough vetting processes
3. Project reporting and deliverables as required

As a successful candidate, you will possess strong analytical skills, computer literacy in the Google suite, and a keen interest in environmental stewardship.
