  • Supervise and train security officers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate security risks.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Certificate II in Security Guarding and current Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • Licence: Class 1A Licence as issued under the Security Industry Act 1997.
  • NSW Driver Licence with excellent driving record (full or provisional class C).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working in customer service roles, particularly dealing with traffic monitoring.
