About the Position
The Loss Prevention Site Lead is a leadership position within the Amazon Loss Prevention Team, responsible for providing security services and asset protection in a designated area of responsibility.
This role requires a strong understanding of security best practices and the ability to effectively partner with internal customers to evaluate current and future security services, processes, and initiatives.
The Loss Prevention Site Lead will be responsible for engaging, coaching, training, and influencing business partners to identify leading indicators of Loss Prevention risk and educate them on the appropriate escalation path.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Root Cause Analysis: Work through root cause analysis to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Develop Business Cases: Develop driven business cases using data collection and generate strategic and tactical interpretations that receive required approval, financial and technical resources, and the support of appropriate management to enact desired changes.
- Conduct Investigations: Investigate internal and external theft and fraud, and conduct interviews when appropriate.
- Partner with Internal Customers: Effectively partner with internal customers in evaluating current and future security services, processes, and initiatives.
- Drive Process Enhancement: Utilize continuous improvement to drive process enhancement and increase efficiency.
- Ensure Team Alignment: Ensure team members understand Amazon, Global Security Operations, and Loss Prevention vision and values, aligning performance with internal and external partners.
