We operate 24 recreation centres, 53 out-of-school-hours care services, and two camping locations which employ 1,500 staff across NSW – and fund our diverse range of enriching community programs.


About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Fitness Class Instructor to conduct safe, appropriate and stimulating group fitness classes within format guidelines. The successful candidate will have the ability to create and run freestyle classes, motivate, educate and enhance each participant's experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Certificate IV in Fitness (desirable)
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR certificate
  • AusREPS Registration

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000-$80,000 AUD. As a Group Fitness Instructor at the YMCA NSW, you will be rewarded with flexible hours, free facility membership and opportunities to develop valuable skills in a dynamic work environment.
