About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Enrolled Nurse, providing essential nursing care and support to residents in accordance with our Values.
You will play a crucial role under the supervision of an RN to provide positive resident outcomes, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Your Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and ensure proper documentation of medication records.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and record residents' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health condition.
- Wound Care: Provide basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conduct health assessments and report any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team.
- Current AHPRA Registration; Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards;
- Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn; Collaborative and skilled at teamwork;
