Partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, we are seeking Year 10 students to undertake School–based Traineeships where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. This position involves working in a Reece branch as well as completing certificate requirements such as workbooks, on-the-job training, and assessments.

This role is based at Plumbing Oak Flats and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge
  • Following up with customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the branch

About You: If you possess good communication skills, enthusiasm, and a great attitude, we encourage you to apply. You should also be willing to learn new things and contribute to maintaining a tidy workplace.

As a trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays to support your progress.
