The Job

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support key accounts while assisting and maintaining strategic business relationships within new and existing accounts with a focus on driving sales growth and margin improvement.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling issues, and providing solutions.
  4. Prepare regular sales reports, track sales performance, and provide insights to the sales team.
  5. Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels and delivery schedules.
  6. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts for customers.
  7. Ensure all sales-related documentation is properly filed and organised for easy access.
  8. Collect and relay customer feedback to the sales team to improve products and services.
  9. Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure activities achieve our overarching business vision, mission, and objectives, on time and within budget.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require strong time management, account management, and relationship building skills, experience in SAP ERP systems, and intermediate to advanced MS Word/Excel and Outlook skills.
